I went there for the first time and she did not disappoint! So good at eyebrow threading and also very affordable. They take credit cards as well. The place is clean and in high demand as well. Which says a lot. This has become my new go to spot

I’ve been here many times with my family members but not anymore! The person who normally does my eyebrows was busy with other customers so I ended up trusting someone else with my brows. Never again! She literally messed up my entire brows and now someone else had to finish up her work and clean up my brows. To top it all off they were speaking in Bengali and using abusive and derogatory comments about me. I told them I do understand the language and it was very “unprofessional” for them to talk in front of customers like that. I will never be coming here again. I will be doing my business elsewhere. Save your money and time and go elsewhere to do your brows. It’s really not worth coming here and getting abused in your own native language.

I’ve been coming to Sikha’s Eyebrow Threading for over four years, but this last visit was beyond disappointing — and honestly, disrespectful. I was serviced by the threader in the first chair next to the register. She charged me $30 for( full face)waxing and threading, yet left an entire section of my mustache untouched. There was still visible hair on my under-chin and neck — areas that were supposed to be cleaned up. After paying and tipping, I sat down to wait for my Uber and ended up pulling out my own tweezers to finish the job myself. She saw me doing it, turned her back, took out her phone, and ignored the situation entirely. Then the owner arrived and had the two women bring things to her car. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because they do great work, but the lack of professionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. The last time I went, she rushed through my appointment and handled my eyebrows roughly—it felt like she was already having a bad day, but I chose to overlook it. I’ve tipped multiple times, and on the few occasions I couldn’t afford to tip, I was met with rude and disrespectful attitudes. That kind of behavior is uncalled for. I won’t be returning, and I strongly encourage others to reconsider going as well. Disappointing, to say the least.

Was a ok job but the person threading my brows did not do the bottom just the top I had to tell her its not done to fix it. It was a ok job after all my directions but I shouldn't be telling someone how to do their job. Would not recommend if your looking for professional work done.
