Silk Nails

I had a set removed from another salon earlier this week and I made an appointment for a full set today (they do accept walk-ins, but I fully recommend making appointments because they do get busy.) and I had the sweetest lady named Anne! I was open to acrylics or gel X. I’ve had both of the past and she recommended gel X and I agreed I gave full creative freedom and said I just wanted something almond shaped and Christmasy! Ended up doing a beautiful red cat eye. She paid such good attention to detail and was so friendly. I rebooked for two weeks and will continue to see her for fills! ☺️everyone there is so professional and kind.

Awesome shop. Been going here for almost 2 years. Great experience every time. My husband loves his pedicures. I enjoy them as well. Everyone always nice and friendly. My nails are always beautiful and receive a lot of compliments and pedicures feel really nice and relaxing. Recommend the waxing as well. Highly recommend this place.

I came in for a manicure and pedicure and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I first walked in, no one was at the front. The staff were in the back, and even though I said hello several times, no one came out. After waiting a few minutes, I finally walked to the back myself to get someone’s attention. One of the employees seemed very preoccupied with her phone. She did her job, but it didn’t feel welcoming at all. The woman who did my manicure and pedicure was actually very nice and friendly, and I appreciated that she spoke English. However, during the manicure she clipped one of my fingers badly enough that it bled, and she nicked another finger as well (not as bad, but still painful). Later that night my finger was burning when I was eating because sauce from my fork

I just had a mani and pedi with Jessica and I am sold! The quality and attention. I was on a way to my regular big nail salon and read silk nail reviews and decided to give them a try. So glad I did. Nice cleaner quiet quality no long wait. Plan to make this my go to spot.

I came in yesterday for a soak-off and had a really bad experience. The man with glasses applied way too much acetone and then got up in the middle of the service to do another pedicure. Another lady took over, but she did not remove the product properly. Instead of using the correct tool to remove the residue and glue, she scraped my nails with a file. I left with glue still on my nails, and they still feel thick from the previous set. A soak-off should leave nails clean and smooth, not damaged or poorly finished. Very disappointing service and definitely not professional.
