Silky Touch Nail Salon

Been here before about a year ago and loved it. However, went again recently for a second time and left disappointed. We got pedicures and they felt very rushed and short. Only lasted about 15 minutes. Which seems so short compared to others we’ve gotten here. We were the only 2 people in the place at the time getting pedicures. One person was getting her nails done. Plenty of workers. Doesn’t seem like a good bang for your buck anymore, unfortunately.

I LOVE silky touch, I have been coming here for years as they are really the only salon in the area that does acrylic nails. I get acrylic with gel every time. My nail tech, Nancy, is such a sweet person and is so responsive to whatever my wishes are for my nails. Everyone is so nice there! Recently I went into the salon to get my acrylic nails filled because I could sense my boyfriend was about to propose, I asked Nancy to make my nails absolutely perfect and she did everything I asked. My nails looked amazing on my special day and they compliment my engagement ring so perfectly, I can't thank her and silky touch enough for always making my nails look beautiful. I highly suggest making an appointment but know that they do get busy and they try to be accommodating to everyone, so keep that

Have visited this salon twice in the last few months and am going again for wax and regular manicure tomorrow. All of the employees there are very kind and accommodating and the prices are definitely affordable. Thank you all for what you do I appreciate you. See you tomorrow!🙂

Really lovely place, great massage, and wonderful staff. Unfortunately within 2 days of getting a gel mani pedi multiple nails have completely peeled off. I understand a chip here and there may happen even with gel, but having multiple nails fall off in one big piece of polish doesn’t feel like it’s from usage. Perhaps quality or gel thickness? I hope to come back and leave with a gel manicure that lasts more than a few days.

Had three nails on my gel manicure chip less than 24 hours after I got it, which I’ve never had happen anywhere. They told us there wasn’t a wait, and we waited 30 minutes. They also took my girlfriend’s gel off wrong, and one of my nails have a lump. Someone also watched me intently while I was tipping. They were nice and hardworking people, but need to fix some things. I wouldn’t have written this review if they had the option to email them directly through a website.
