Came here for a 50-minute anti-aging facial and it was HEAVENLY. My esthetician Missy was amazing! You first check in at the kiosk where they have a questionnaire for you to fill out, like your skin goals, problem areas, and product you use, history and allergies, etc. I like that there is an option on the kiosk to select whether you want them to talk to you or not - I picked the middle because I wanted to know what they're doing at each step, and Missy explained everything to me in such a clear and professional manner. All the beds are separated by curtains and they played soft R&B while I was there, it was dark and comfy and clean! I had a service with Yasmine! She is so amazing she really was so patient with me , understood my skin concerns . In the treatment room she was so professional did exactly what was right for my skin. It felt like I was talking to my best friend! I got some really great products from her, so excited to start my skincare journey with Yasmine at silver mirror. I have received different facials from other estheticians at other spas and a few others at silver mirror, but nobody I have seen yet compares to Yasmine. I highly recommend her for her hospitality and making the guest experience great!

Also, being one of the newest Silver Mirror locations, I had been meaning to stop by and see if the quality and care were consistent. I was in NYC for a wedding and had one free day before the two-day events. I was breaking out and desperately needed a facial, so I Googled and found this spa — and I’m so glad I did and that they had availability so last minute, website was so easy to navigate! Stephanie was my aesthetician and she was absolutely amazing. Not only was she beautiful and so fun to chat with (I honestly wanted to get her info just to be friends 😂), but she also gave me one of the best facials I’ve ever had. She made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything she was doing, and gave me great tips for my skin. I would like to post an updated review. (My 1st time at silver mirror was not as expected) but gave it a second shot after Travis the manager kindly called me to give the facial bar another try. I thought was amazing customer service and so happy I came back!! I had an amazing experience this time with Brianne. She used amazing technique, was nice to talk to and knowledgeable. My face still feels so soft after 2 days. & My facial actually lasted almost an hour, about 50 mins. I do believe that if you purchase a 30 min facial and then buy an ‘add on’ on top of it, that the service should be a longer treatment and not replace anything from the original 30 min facial, which wasn’t the case at my first facial and I hope that is implemented!
