Had a great experience here. Went in in a Sunday and was pretty relaxing. Only one other person was there. I got a neck massage while I was getting my nails done. I was happy with the work Rosa did!

I was there yesterday and got my nails and feet done I had a very nice relaxing evening I got the full package with massage and lotion I was there for about 2 hours and would definitely go back they get very busy there but I’m happy with my outcome

Disaster. See for yourself. Why is there polish on my skin? Because when she filed my nails the filee cut my skin open and it was bleeding. Then everything liquid flows into the cut. She didn't even see it bleeding. At first I felt something and moved my finger. She didn't release it and kept going. I was crying. Then she stopped finally. Just don't come.

Always have great service and beautiful nails from here. I have been going here for 2 years now and they never disappoint. All the ladies there work with new designs and do such a great job! My favorite and a gem in Astoria!

I really wanted to like this salon, but I left disappointed. The customer service was poor — the staff barely greets you. The tools and workspace were not clean, which made me uncomfortable. I got a powder dip manicure, and unfortunately, the finish was patchy and uneven, she had to redo it twice and it’s still not good. For the price and time spent, I expected a much better experience. I hope they take more care with cleanliness and customer service in the future.
