I’m sharing my experience with Stephanie at Simple Beauty Hair Salon in Nampa, Idaho, regarding hair extension maintenance and reinstallation. My extensions were originally installed by another stylist from the Portland, Oregon area on October 11, 2025. The hair stylist professional used extension hair that my daughter had bought and had professionally installed and then removed because she went from Sewed in hair to taped in hair. The hair extensions were in excellent condition and matched my hair color. After some small lifting on one the left side while traveling, I reached out to Stephanie to see if she would want to fix it. I have gone to Kendra for years for my hair color and style! She is amazing and gives great insight! She does a fantastic job and is very relatable. She has great quality in her facility and the people she decides to have in her salon for the salon and for other services such as nails, facials, and waxing.

I did a really bad thing and cut my own hair. It turned out awful! My regular hair dresser couldn't fit me so I went searching for someone to fix it. Most of us know how it can feel to have a bad do, but trusting someone new to fix it on the fly can also be stressful. I got in with Faith, at the works salon, but was still uneasy. She put me right at ease and I could tell just from what she was saying she knew what she was doing. She didnt rush me and we talked it through and we came up with the best way to cut my hair that I would not have to cut off too much. I could not be more happy with my cut, and she even put cute waves in it. The atmosphere of the salon was also very pleasant and comfortable. I will be going to faith from now on. Thanks so much!
