Simple Eyebrow

I went here Thursday April 24th to get my eyebrows & lashes done at about 1pm. I avoided washing my face that night like I usually do every night just to be sure the lashes were good. Woke up Friday morning with half the lash on one eye off & on the other eye pieces hanging off already which I then tried to put back in place for it just to fall off so easily. Went back Friday to let Kash know & she was not trying to give me a refund or fix the issue until she saw I was very upset that they didn't even last me 24hrs. So I paid 35$ then on Friday she insisted I had to pay something if i wanted it fixed so I gave her an extra 20$ so I paid 55$ for lashes that did not last because Saturday April 26th they was also starting to fall out. & THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED!! HORRIBLE

After trying multiple eyebrow techs in the Flatbush area, this has been my go to spot for the last few years. So happy I found Kash. Service is always warm, friendly and professional. The business is always clean and the space is big and comfortable. Price is kept affordable. Kash does an excellent job shaping eyebrows the way you would like. I also appreciate she does not have conversations on phone or with others while working close to your face which is an issue I ran into at other places. Overall I highly recommend Simple Eyebrow

Not quite sure why people are giving this place a bad reputation. I have been going there for a decade even and I have to say that’s the only place I can trust with my eyebrows, waxing, threading - and Kashish is phenomenal!!!! I do not mind waiting 2 hrs on her to have the best care and experience. I love this place and I hope it stays in the community!

I would not recommend anyone there. I went there on September 1, 2023 to get my lashes and eyebrows done and it was a painful, uncomfortable experience. Firstly, she gave me the opportunity to choose between the $30 lashes which she claims would last for a week or week and half and the $85 mink lashes that would last 3 to 4 weeks. I got the mink lashes done which was supposed to last for the 3 to 4 and after getting home my lashes started to fall out and my eyes itches and burn like crazy which she claims was temporary and I had nothing to worry about, which was a major lie. Secondly, I did the threaded tinted eyebrows method, and after the hour wait and she cleaned my eyebrows for me to see the results, there is hardly anything left to see, and instructed me to use an eyebrow pencil to ou
