I had the most incredible experience here! I received a facial along with a lash lift and tint and dermaplaning, and I truly can’t say enough good things. My skin felt unbelievably smooth, and my rosacea was noticeably calmer by the time I left — something that almost never happens. The warm face mask and cozy warming blanket made the whole experience so relaxing, and she was extremely gentle with the dermaplaning. I felt completely cared for the entire time. Not to mention I can't stop looking at my lashes in the mirror 😍 I honestly left feeling like a brand-new person and can’t wait to come back! 🥰✨🪷

I have been going to Simply Skin Care by Kristen for approximately 4 years. I have nothing but praise for Kristen and Ashley's Professionalism, services I have received have been top notch!!!! My skin simply glows every single time!! It is a calm, soothing experience!! Spa feeling with fresh scents and heated blankets!!!! 🎉🎉You are pampered from the time you walk in until the time you walk out!! I have had microderm treatments, European facials, jessner peels ( my absolute fave) microblading and hydrating facials. You receive massages for your hands/arms and get nice warm mitts while your face, neck etc are getting professional treatments. For the past 15+ years I, and 3 of my daughters, have been seeing Kristen for all of our skin care needs. Whether it be a wax, tint, acne treatment, bridal series, body scrub or a fully customized facial they never disappoint. There is a reason they have been voted Best in the Burg for the past 3 years. I highly recommend booking for yourself or gifting a service for that special someone.

2 star for good facial massage I received, other then that I was very disappointed with my facial session. The treatment did not include proper deep cleansing or exfoliation or extraction even though these steps were described beforehand. The session felt mostly like a simple face massage rather than a professional facial. I noticed zero difference in my skin afterward. For the price paid, the service did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this place for facial treatments.

Kristen is the very best! So knowledgeable, so sweet. From the serene atmosphere to her soft, soothing voice, every detail made the experience incredibly relaxing.
