The lady doing my hair burnt my ear and said that she didn’t even do it when my mom called her regarding it. I don’t recommend this salon at all. All they do is talk and not focus on what they are doing. Also I was in the blower for too long. Attach is a picture of my ear from it happening

Every time I go. They are exquisite and do there job well just explain how, and your expectations. Very humbled people and very honest.

I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. The quality and service is very off as of lately. Every time ive come my hair is priced different for the same work. They attempted a 20$ increase from my usual hair style. Extremely unprofessional and they price you based off the amount of customers they’ve had that day.

I was a client for 3 years only been living in ct for 4th I should’ve wrote this review back in maybe 3/4 months ago but here we are. I’ve been to both locations one when the lights were kept getting cut off and the main one. I tell this lady cut my hair give me lost of layers they wanna do what they wanna do and I don’t understand I’m paying not u. They caught and attitude that last I barely know her so I didn’t understand why the main stylist didn’t speak up. Either way they were very disrespectful and u can see they are not doing well and apparently they don’t plan to cause bit w that approach at the end of the day all these small towns are communities. Ppl shouldn’t have to travel greater distances to very the understanding and respect we deserve as paying consumers. I definitely felt

I love this place. Very friendly, works really well with all hair types. I highly recommend it’s very affordable. Thank you for cutting my hair the way I wanted.
