They are rude. From the moment I came in , I was being scowled at by an employee wearing pink. I came in for an eyebrow wax and was asked to wait 5 minutes. I waited about 7-10 minutes before I got up and went to the beauty supply and came back because they still weren’t ready. I came back and asked if they were ready and they said yes, but then they started ignoring me and talking about me and I wasn’t even able to get the service done. Never coming back. Jerks.

Went to them 12/8 to get fill in (overlay)and polish change on my feet (NO CHIP )I wanted mirror nails but they didn't have the RED I wanted! So I picked a red (430 D) they charged 91.00 to my debit card some 15.00 hold and today my THUMB IS CHIPPED . No nail art the lady used stickers ... Then she was very skimpy on the acrylic that I will need a fill in very soon! They think they are in Hyde park but on COTTAGE GROVE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

If I could give 0 I would please don’t waste your time with these money hungry idiots! I come to the nail shop for my toes only typically I have no issues but this time the guy I go to wasn’t there so they had a woman who was doing someone’s lashes when I come in to do my pedicure. That threw me but I allowed her to do it, the whole time she’s doing my toes I’m not paying attention because I’m in my phone after 20 minutes she pulling out polish so I started looking at my toes telling her that I’m satisfied with this rushed job and she can remove the polish because I’m not paying for this, & baby tell me why the lady I believe the owner who sit in the front came up to me & said if I allow her to try again & I don’t like it then fine but as I explained to the lady I had somewhere to go & in

The worst pedi/medi Ever. Basically, 1lady started the💧extremely hot!! 2nd lady balance the water & quickly pedi/ medi and charged my card $473. Of course refund card but, quick quick service...things happen like this. The service left me a 11yrs. Breast Savior distraught in my head. I tip her $5.though bcuz God is good!! Yet, 4-days later...Im totally depressed 😔

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went here for a soak off and a full set, I was sat down for my soak off and only 2 people were actually doing nails. I was with my friend who didn’t need a soak off and she was not serviced even though there were people available. Instead, they sat in the back and ate JJ’s Fried Chicken while we waited an hour to get our nails done!!! We left the shop with our nails still not done, UNACCEPTABLE
