Sister Nails

Sister nails is one of the best places I’ve gone to for nails (and I’ve been to many). I wish I could show all the other nails they’ve done for me but my phone was stolen a few months ago. The nail artist never fails to amaze me and always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied! I definitely recommend to anyone considering doing their nails, especially nail art.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience — and my first ever negative review! I always try to see the good in every situation, but this time was truly disappointing. Today my sister and I came in to get a pedicure. We spoke with the technicians and agreed to come back in two hours because we had heavy bags with us. They promised they could take us later the same day. However, when we returned, the technician was extremely rude and unprofessional. She started yelling that we didn’t have an appointment and refused to take us — even though the salon was almost empty, with only one customer inside. A man (probably another technician) was sitting nearby, but no one offered any help or explanation. I been searching for the perfect nail spot and I finally found it! It’s my second time and I love the service, the quality of their work and of course how accurate Crystal is with the designs I show her. She has all the materials for any design you want. She executes it with perfection. Judy can’t be left behind. She doesn’t an amazing job with my pedicure and nail polish job, she’s good with the smallest details and making sure you are satisfied. These ladies are the perfect team.

Regarding Marina's review, I apologize for not being able to do your pedicures. I apologize for giving you a bad experience. Say sorry. However, I would like to address your dishonest review. First, look at the first picture. This is when you first walked into the shop at 12:57 PM. After you learned that your pedicure would take an hour, you asked what time the shop closed. I replied, "6 PM." Then you said you would be back later. The second picture shows your dishonest comment. You said you would be back in two hours. The third picture shows you walking into the shop again at 4:15 PM. If you didn't come back after two hours, did I have other customers waiting for you? When you walked in at 4:15 PM, I had a scheduled appointment at 4:30 PM, only 15 minutes before that. We couldn't complet

Always beautiful work from Crystal when I come to the salon!! And everyone here is so pleasant and sweet. They really take their time with you and work meticulously. I can't recommend them enough!
