Sisters African Hair Braiding

I scheduled an appointment with Sisters Braids and spoke with the owner in advance about the services I needed. I requested a take-down, wash, deep conditioning, and color for my hair. The owner assured me that these services could be provided. However, upon arrival, I was informed that they did not have a wash station and that I would need to go to a neighboring business in the plaza for the wash. While I appreciated the kindness of Michelle, the stylist at the neighboring salon who washed and conditioned my hair, I was extremely disappointed by what happened next. In the middle of my service, a staff member from Sisters Braids came down to inform me that they would no longer be able to do my hair because it was taking too long. I went to another person and she couldn’t do my hair and when I went to sisters the lady name Michelle she did my braids so good I will definitely be going back to her again. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair. So if you are looking for someone to do your braids good and neat check them out. The price vs quality makes this service is not worth it. As someone who has had braids many times over all at the same price offered here ($180) I have seen some beautiful and skillfully done braids. I usually walk into braid shops ask for box braids and they come out wonderfully. Some of the ladies seemed fine, the other girls around me who were getting knotless had beautiful work. My box braids, on the other hand, lacked beauty and finesse. Thankfully they were partly redone but I won't lie this is the worst braid job I have ever gotten, friends and family agree. The braids don't even lay on my head correctly. If you go ask the owner to braid specifically or photos of the others work.

I went to this braiding shop two weeks ago for knotless with boho. Within a week, my boho hair was tangled and I reached out to the owner to let her know. She told me she would let me know when to come. I heard nothing. I reached back out a few days later to see if they were busy and if I could come by and she stated they were busy but she would let me know when to come. A few days later, now at two weeks I reached out and the owner stated it was my fault my boho hair was tangled and that they’ve used the same hair as before. I know for a fact because I was a repeated customer it was not the same hair. I spent $290 for additional synthetic boho hair that is terrible thinking they would rectify the situation instead of pointing blame at the customer. She really told me it was my fault and s
