Sisters African Hair Braiding

Made a quick decision based off reviews! Yes, they stop to eat and speak their language- that didn’t bother me, I ate and spoke my language. My hair though….. Beautiful, lovely hair for“Senegalese twist” kept asking if I was happy and respected my edges! The owner looked my hair over and had the braider “ fix” one. I

I went to get my hair done today and I was charged $220. I don’t have hair on my sides or back literally the top of my head. I paid it because my hair looked a mess but I definitely think they over charged me and for that I will not be going back. The ladies spoke their language the entire time and talked on the phone on speaker phone to their children. They stopped for about 30 -45 minutes to eat together. One lady stopped for prayer which I did not mind because the other Braided in her absence. Something that should have taken 2 -3 hrs took 5. One good thing my head does not hurt the Braider was good there but she just braided slow. Those were my honest thoughts.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, no fans it was very hot. I asked for sinageles twist, and they were supposed to use kinky twist hair they used regular braiding hair. Before they started briading my hair, it was a lady separating the hair for the braiders. So one lady said something about kinky twist, and the room went quiet. i was alert but did not have a clue, The conversation was about me. when they started braiding my hair, they started the hair like regular braids. then started twisting my hair. That's a lot of strain on your hair. I didn't know or figure this out until i got home. When i couldn't put my hair in a ponytail. it was stiff because of the way it was braided she also put spritz on my braids. i said, "Why are you putting spritz on my hair? she said, "So it will h

This shop is so personal. I like it I went to several shops and this one was reasonable. They get the job done quickly. I’ve been getting my hair braided for years and I swear 3 hrs almost 4 is the shortest time ever. They never stop braiding. I got box braids and they absolutely are my new go to shop. Go if you can! ❤️

Each and every time I have an amazing experience here. I always leave satisfied and I’ve had a variety of styles done here. Every stylist in there is trustworthy of doing a great job. I am new to the area and gave this shop a chance and I’ve been returning ever since.
