PLEASE give me a moment to PRAISE the work that Florence did on my head with these kinky twist 🥰!! First of all her customer service and personality is SUPERB!! From moment I first spoke with her on the phone until I got out of her chair she was so sweet. The price she quoted me on the phone remained the same when I got to the shop. Her shop is clean, cozy and very comfortable. I could go on and on but just know she has found a loyal customer in me. Did I mention she has the BEST PRICES out of any African braid shop that I have been to. My twist and parting is neat, same size and she placed all of my twist! I called early in the morning and got scheduled for my braiding appointment. My braided showed up on time and immediately got started on my hair. My hair is growing out from a pixie cut and it is very short. She was able to grip my hair and it looks very neat and just a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend getting your hair done here. My braided was Payam and she did a good job!

My hair is short. It fell out during postpartum and I was scared that no one could grip my hair. My appt was at 3. It started on time and my hair got done pretty quickly. The staff was professional and they put me at ease because I was nervous with the length of my hair. I love my hair. And I’m entirely grateful.
