My skin has never looked better. Jenn truly knows what she's doing. I found her by chance and I'm glad I did. I recommend her to everyone. Her room is relaxing and the products are of excellent quality. She always customizes each treatment depending on the state of my skin. Do yourself a favor.. book the appointment!

I purchased a voucher for a 60 minute facial from Jenn. After over 3 weeks of calling, leaving voicemails, and emailing to make my appointment I never heard back from her and have canceled my voucher. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for customer service from a service provider.

I recently went to Jenn after buying her Groupon. She gave me a truly FANTASTIC customized facial with microdermabrasion. She explained why she chose the products she did for me, and was very thorough with rubbing in her products. I felt very relaxed the whole time I was with her and the room was spacious and decorated very beautifully. I'll be going back to her probably once a month and I can't wait for her to do my back too. One of the best estheticians I've been to hands down. Jenn is phenomenal!!!

Just like other reviewers, this lady doesn't bother to call you back or attempt to schedule you. THIEF STAY AWAY! My experience with Skin by Jenn was extremely disappointing. I purchased a Groupon for a facial service and reached out via text to book an appointment, only to be told that she doesn't work Fridays or weekends. Nowhere in the fine print was this restriction mentioned — had I known that, I wouldn’t have purchased it. Fridays are my only day off, and I work late during the week, making it nearly impossible to schedule. Still, I tried to make it work. A few weeks later, I managed to take time off midweek and called again to set up an appointment. I even left multiple voicemails — from two different phone numbers — and never received a single call back. At this point, it feels

Truly remarkable experience! Jenn created a custom facial to adhere to my vegan lifestyle on top of microdermabrasion! My skin hasn't felt this soft and supple in years. I'll definitely be a returning customer.
