Had the best experience, Jess and Donna were amazing!

I visited Skin Day Spa over five years ago for a facial. It was... fine. Not memorable in the slightest--neither good enough to rave about nor bad enough to inspire rage. I never went back, which seemed like a natural conclusion to a meh experience. But Donna Early with Skin Day Spa had other plans. Since that solitary appointment, she has relentlessly spammed me with "special deals and pricing." Text after text. Month after month. Year after year. I've politely asked to be removed from her list, and she promised to stop. Spoiler alert: she hasn't. What's even more maddening? There's no way to unsubscribe unless you count begging Donna to show mercy.
