Skin Laundry - Atlanta West Midtown

I was initially excited to try this service, but the number of poor reviews has made me reconsider. Even the $50 session is no longer appealing or feels worth pursuing, as it seems the experience may not be as genuine, effective, or enjoyable as advertised. It comes across more like a tactic to get customers in the door rather than a commitment to providing high‑quality care from the very first visit. It’s disappointing, especially because I had high hopes for what this experience and future treatments could have been.

I came in for the Signature Laser, Rejuvenator Peel, and Fixer, and from start to finish the experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely personalized. Shane, the store manager, was wonderful — kind, attentive, and an excellent listener. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and informed throughout the visit!
