I had been a loyal client of Skin Matters for over 10 years, but my most recent experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I began laser hair removal with Skin Matters in 2015 and completed a 12-session package. Over the years, I continued purchasing maintenance packages, including a 9-session full-body laser package in 2021. I had completed 4 of those sessions and came in as needed, as I was told the package never expired. I had the best experience with Botox injections on my forehead and crows feet! It has been just over 2 weeks and let me tell you the difference is night and day! This was my first time having Botox and I am so ready to have other areas done now. The pain was like 1/10 so very tolerable. The customer service was also great. I can’t wait to go back! I’ve been going to Skin Matters for almost 2 years now and they have only gotten better and better it’s been great to see and experience. They are my go to place for tox and I have just started filler. The tox has been great and Adam and Donna do a great job at tox placement that I’m very satisfied with. I’ll be making another visit for cheek filler in the coming month.

I had an appointment yesterday for Dyspor, and let me tell you, it was fantastic! Adam took great care of me, asked me my goals, and gave me advice and recommendations. Great experience at this place. It's not my first time receiving Dysport but it's the first time someone took the time to explain to me every detail. No pain at all.

This is the first MedSpa I chose after moving to Atlanta and needing a new injector. Dana is so personable and patient, she listens to what you want and will let you know what is a good idea vs a bad one! Prices are very reasonable, always have a good experience!
