Skin Spa New York - Upper West Side

This business does not appear legitimate to me and I would not recommend anyone doing business with them. What kind of a business, on which planet does not refund for 7 months for the services they cannot provide? I purchased a service in August for $800 on their site, only to be told that they no longer provide it. I asked a refund back in October. It's been 5 months now and someone in " corporate" still has not figured out how I should be refunded. Again, this is a refund for the service they no longer provide. If a business does not refund a customer within max of 2 months, then that is a highly questionable business.

I’ve been going to this spa for Time Eraser treatment and it has been amazing! Soria took great care of me—she was gentle, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience super relaxing. I’ve noticed a real difference in my skin since the treatment—my skin tone looks more even and my acne has significantly reduced. Highly recommend booking with her!

Love the skin spa franchise as a whole. I’m used to the one in soho but its out of the way and this one is much closer to me. I like buying their facial packages as a nice treat to myself, they do a great job and staff is very professional.

Today I started my 6 treatment laser hair removal with gentle and kind, skin specialist, Eka. She’s wonderful! Room was peaceful, clean and pleasant. Treatment was easy, surprisingly painless and quick. Parking is extremely convenient on the weekends and probably during the week. Especially during a pandemic to be able to drive to a location and park walking distance away is so helpful to avoid subways. Currently that have a 40% off any laser treatment!

I've been seeing Soria for a custom facial for little over a year and I can't recommend it enough. She makes me feel so nice, rejuvenated, and leaves my skin glowing after the treatment - I get so many compliments! She is kind and incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to what my skin needs! Every visit feels personalized and very relaxing. The space is always clean and calming and the front desk staff are so nice and very accommodating.
