I can’t say enough wonderful things about skin studio! I go there for regular facials, eyelash lifts, and eyebrow waxing. Everyone is kind and friendly. I always walk out of there feeling amazing! A Huge thank you to all staff members for always doing such an outstanding job.

Liars, thieves, and unprofessional. Don't be fooled, they have not honored the money back guarantee they offered. My emails go ignored. Booked an Alma-ted package, and have not seen the 30% growth guarantee. Natalie's assistant fredrika (although a nice person) did not seem well trained on the process or machine, she poked a needle into my scalp (not supposed to happen, just get the liquid on the scalp) and had trouble with the machine. Booked future appointments with Natalie. Sadly did not get the growth that was supposed to happen. Don't make me take you to small claims or civil court and show my scalp as evidence Natalie! I can throw in pain and suffering at that point. Just do the right thing and honor your refund policy!!

Run, don’t walk to get a facial from Natalie! It was an otherworldly experience! Of course I went for the skin care and my skin was absolutely glowing after, which others commented on also. What I wasn’t expecting was the transformative relaxation. Natalie is literally amazing with her hands! She is also incredibly knowledgeable and shares her wisdom generously! The studio itself is very clean, calming, and welcoming. I’ve had many, many facials in many different places and this was by FAR, the best! My husband offered to gift me one a month because of how relaxed I was and how much I loved it!! Cannot wait to go back!
