Sky Nails

Went in as a walk in, was there for over 2 hours. It was a Friday afternoon so unbeatably busy. Service was lacking, the employees are nice but the guy doing my nails was rushing. Cut my fingers while filing, bubbles in my nails polish, several nails look grown out despite getting them done not even 24 hours ago. Overall disappointing and wouldn’t recommend. I won’t personally be back again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Experience at Sky Nails! I decided to try something different and got a design on my acrylics—definitely outside my comfort zone. The tech did a great job, but once I got to my car, I realized the design just wasn’t me. It wasn’t their fault at all—I simply didn’t love my choice. I called the salon feeling a little nervous since I hadn’t said anything during my appointment, but they were so kind and reassuring. They told me to come back in anytime that day and they’d take care of it. Sure enough, they welcomed me right in and redid my nails without any issue. Now I’ve got a simple, solid color—and they’re absolutely perfect! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. My friend wanted to go to this place for a pedicure, so I went along. They asked me if I wanted shellac for my toes, and I said no. They asked again, telling me the polish would dry fast, and requested that I try it, so I said yes. Next, they gave me a price list with all the pedicure options. I picked the $45 pedicure (choices 30, 35, 45, 55). When it was time to pay, I was shocked when they added another $15 for the shellac. I felt duped. I mistakenly assumed the price they showed included what they offered me- shellac! When I looked at their pricing board, I found that it does not describe the price of shellac or list it as an “extra.” So my pedicure cost $60 plus a $10 tip, which is $70. I have had $70 pedicures before, and this certainly was not the quality I expect for that price.

I came in to get my nails done for my wedding. I looked up and chose this place based on the reviews so I thought it would be great, but it was not. The lady who did my nails only said about 5 words the whole entire time. She also left the green polish I had previously on my nails on almost every edge of each nail. I even mentioned something about it, she said nothing, then tried getting it but it was too late because she put the acrylic on top of the old polish. Paid $60 (PLUS TIP because I’m not a mean person) and now have green edged nails for my wedding day. This place doesn’t have high reviews because of the lady who did my nails I’ll tell you that.

I treated myself to a pedicure for my birthday and was not disappointed! They got to me right away with no wait. I was offered a water or a coke when I got to my chair. The tech was gentle but thorough and my toes look so cute!
