Hailey was super amazing! She's super sweet and loves to chat which made the experience very welcoming. I unfortunately ruined my nails when I got home, but went back the next day. Hailey remembered my exact nail color and fixed my nails without charging a touch up fee. Best nail place I've ever been to. Their attention to detail means a lot!

First time going. My sister and I made appointments for 11 and 1130. They don't have the option to make them together. Issue 1. The only chick there barely spoke English and couldn't do acrylic nails. So we started our pedicures first. Classic pedicures, one with gel polish and big toe acrylic fill in, 1 with regular gel, no acrylic. After I went to another gentleman who did my acrylic fill-in with design. The website allows you to add the designs to the order. I understand it says 5+, but when I came in the day before and asked, no one said then, or during my my designs, it was going to be 24 bucks just for designs. Usually, after you tell the tech, they let you know it's extra. Out of my experience, that and the time it took there was the worst part for me. My sister, on the other hand.
