After I relocated to Hendersonville I was having a hard time finding a barber who could give me the quality of cut I was looking for. Then I found Ryane - third time is indeed the charm! Not only did she give me the cut I wanted, but sitting in her chair was a delight. I am very particular about my hair, and am incredibly relieved to have found a barber who understands my needs and is also a joy to send time with. 10/10 will go back.

5 Stars to Mikey, who goes above and beyond with kids cuts. He knows his hair and his people. This place located right on Main street downtown Hendersonville has a charming feel, with great little police cars for the little ones. They let the kids pick from several Hotwheels cars and toys after they are finished with their haircut, even a lolly. My kiddo leaves happy every time we walk out..and he always looks so spiffy too!

Skyland Barber Shop is a true hometown gem. The staff are incredibly friendly and their attention to detail is top notch. From the moment you walk in, it feels like a cool step back in time, especially with the awesome Andy Griffith mural that gives the shop so much character. Mikey, the owner, always goes above and beyond to take care of his customers and make sure everyone leaves happy. Great location, great people, and consistently great haircuts. Highly recommend.

I am glad business is good and everyone is doing good with this economy. Stopped by today 10 minutes before closing, and out of 3 barbers, none could take me. My hair is about a 3 minute military cut. Prosperity is gooood.
