Slay Nails

Okay… let me start by saying this was the second time I have been here. The first time Tiffany did my nails, and she did SOOO good!! Loved them. I went back on Sunday for my rebase and she was not there. I asked for a specific design, nothing hard just a cat eye color for base and a thin gold line on the tip. As far as the shape of the nails, the guy did great on the shape but the color was very off. I tried really hard to like them anyways and deal with it, however not even 2 days after I got them done the “gold line” started chipping on all of my fingers. I only had time to go back Tuesday however they are closed. So I called this evening to explain the situation and see if I could come on my only day off on Friday and just have them change the color. Absolutely love, slay! Have been going for over a year now and I’m amazed by all of the great work that their team does! I just got my Harry Potter Christmas set done by Sterling and I am in awe of the detail and personal touches she added.

This is my new nail salon! Very clean! Very friendly! Gel X is beautiful. I’ve never left a nail appointment and felt so satisfied!!! They take their time and make sure they are done right and you’re happy 😊

I've been going to Slay Nails for sometime now and have never left disappointed. Until tonight. I went in and asked for black with the chrome stuff on top. I felt like it was rushed through and they only did 1 coat of black (they've always done several coats), granted we left about 10 minutes before closing time. But when I got in the car I noticed that one the nails is smudged so the polish is removed but also my entire left hand has like this white film stuff on it and is sticky. They also got filed into like points that are not really my style, I wasn't asked about what shape I wanted. I'm hoping it's just a fluke, but now I'm going to have to pay to get them redone.

I was looking for a new nail salon and gave Slay a try. It was fantastic. I worked with Sterling and she did exactly what I asked for. Will definitely be going back!
