I showed a picture of the cut I wanted. She had an "attitude" from the start. I was very nice to her hoping to change her attitude for the better. My hair was relatively long, past shoulder length when I came in. I was clear I did not want a short boy cut. A couple of times during the session, I reminded the stylist I did not want really short hair as I saw her cutting my hair shorter and shorter. She said she cut only 1 inch off to find out she cut 4 to 5 inches off my length! I was disgusted after the cut when I looked in the bathroom to see how short my hair was! She never gave me a mirror so I could see the full cut as most stylist do. I had also requested she use a razor as I like the cut better than a scissors. She did not use the razor as requested. Absolutely phenomenal. I am going to tell you the truth. Please let them know it was perfect. And my long hair in the basin always is perfect after the wash. The conditioner is great on it even days after.

I unfortunately didn't catch the lady's name but she was very patient with my daughter reassured she was cutting alot off and wanted to make sure thats what my daughter wanted in the end she did wonderful and my daughter was super happy with how her hair turned out and said she will definitely be returning back to her to have it done in the future

Left with orange hair, super upset spent over 120$ on 5 foils for it to be orange, mind you my hair is already blonde. Called them to get it fixed for them to argue with me for 10 minutes on the phone that my hair was not orange. My hair was also extremely dry and tangled after.
