I was truly shocked by how amazing my hair looked after my appointment. Brooke could not have done a better job taking me from dark blonde to this gorgeous champagne color. Throughout the experience, everyone at Smitten was incredibly kind. I will 100% be coming back!

Rachel at Smitten Boutique Hair is more than just a hairstylist she’s truly a gift. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely welcome, comfortable, and at ease. The salon itself is in a great location and is spotless, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully designed even the bathroom is amazing (seriously, I love it 😄). Sitting in Rachel’s chair, you feel seen, heard, and truly cared for. She pours her heart into her work, and it shows in every detail. Rachel doesn’t just do hair she restores confidence and makes you feel beautiful inside and out. I always leave with happy tears, loving my hair and feeling like the best version of myself. So grateful for her talent, kindness, and passion. Highly, highly recommend 💕✨

I've been going to Smitten for years now to see Meliah and absolutely love this place. It feels like a treat every time I get my hair done from the second I walk in to the second I walk out feeling like my hair is fresh, healthy and beautiful. Meliah is always on trend, knows exactly what is good for my hair and has become a close friend. The salon itself feels luxe, they offer you great drinks and snacks and make you feel welcome with great playlists and a great vibe all around. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I paid $195 for a toner that made my hair darker, even though I clearly asked for a brighter color. I literally left crying. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and tried to charge me $350 at first, then suddenly changed it to $195 after I questioned it. Total scammers. Don’t go there. Thats their balayage looks like

I have found my forever hair salon in Smitten! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was so friendly and fun! Every part of the experience from the front desk, to the hair washing to my color, cut and style with the fabulous Rosemary was top notch.
