Smooth Nail Lounge

My girlfriend recently went to this Salon and they were amazing! Marisa did her nails and it came out stunning, she did such a great job with the builder gel and the Christmas design. Will definitely come back soon!

Don’t expect to be seen by the person you reserve with. I reserved with Altaa and when I got there she was chit chatting with other customers, giving them gifts, and doing her own nails. I drive almost an hour to see her. I got stuck with a tech who was WAY too rough and was seeing other customers while doing my nails. I was here for 1 hour and 45 minutes just for a manicure. Absolutely unbelievable, unacceptable.

Pretty sad about this experience. First - selected a very, very sheer pink and came in with rather long natural nails. I asked for my nail shape (which was already a defined almond shape) to be barely trimmed down and to be made to be just a bit more pointy. My nails are now hot pink, rounded, and short and the tips of my nails are not fully painted. One coat into doing my nails, I mentioned that the color looks absolutely nothing like the one I had selected, which seemed to irritate the nail tech - being someone who doesn’t typically speak up on a situation like this, it took a lot to say something. Suppose I’ll take a loss on this one and get my nails redone first thing tomorrow. Update: next day - to top it off, woke up and my nails are now yellow!! I am mortified to be going into the

I am temporarily in Lincoln Park and have been to Smooth Nails twice. The atmosphere is relaxing, clean and soothing. My tech, Marisa, was very sweet, paid extra attention to detail and friendly. I will definitely be back.
