Waited more than 10 business days for them to ship hair. They offered. 2 day shipping for “free”, but took an extra day to send it. I had to spend extra money rescheduling my hair appointment waiting on my order. The full lace 18’ wig is thin and not 18 inches in all spots. I asked to return it and followed the steps online to fill out the return form. It leads you to a dead end, a page that does not work. Now the company refuses to respond to emails. It’s been 6 days and I have sent an email once each day. They are a scam!

I purchased 3 bundles of the Brazilian Wave (2 x 14” and 1 additional bundle) from Snob Life, expecting premium quality based on the brand’s reputation. Unfortunately, the hair didn’t live up to expectations. • 1st install (May 23): My stylist installed the hair with zero heat or manipulation—I kept it in its natural state. • First wash: 10 days later, the bundles lost their texture significantly. It felt like the life of the hair was already fading. • 2nd install (1 month later): Even after a professional wash and condition, the hair did not revert to the original body wave pattern. Absolutely LOVE Their products and hair. The owner and staff are always polite and helpful! My stylist is very particular about her installs which includes the hair she accepts to install in your hair. She's amazing. As someone who was new to GA, She recommended me get my bundles from Snob life studio. 1. The hair IS AFFORDABLE! 2. It last a very long time. 3. Their bundles are THICK and does not shed. I always get a traditional sew-in. Im able to shampoo & condition my sew in and still wear my hair for 3 more weeks. My layered cut lasted two in a half- three months. The second install was a bob cut and it was flawless. I always get two bundles of the body wave 14"! This will be the only place I purchase hair from as long as I'm in GA and their open! They sent me thin frizzy hard hair. They said they would refund me. They no longer respond to my emails. No refund. It's been a month. I have sent numerous emails they don't respond. I spent over 150.00. Now my bank is trying to get my money bank They are a scam. No quality hair was sent to.me i don't nothing about this salon. Im only speaking on the hair

This is a great salon but just make sure the stylist doesn't double book you. I ran hours late because my stylist had another appointment come in while in the middle of my appointment so I had to wait about 45 minutes to an hour for him to continue and finish my style after her even tho i was there first. It wasn't supposed to take 6-7 hours.
