Worst brow threading experience of my life. I booked a brow mapping appointment because I wanted professional guidance and symmetry. They told me I didn’t need mapping and pushed basic shaping instead. The threading was extremely painful, and midway through she asked me if they looked good or too thin. When I asked for her expert opinion, she said they “weren’t shaped yet” but shouldn’t go thinner — which made no sense. She then brought over another employee (guessing the owner ) who proceeded to raise her voice at me, demand past photos of my brows, and insist I was wearing makeup in every pictures (I wasn’t). The interaction became aggressive and uncomfortable. I offered to pay and leave and was somehow yelled at about that too. I left with red, unshaped brows and in pain. I’ve been g
