Not sure what to think. Tech was super friendly. First time using this nail studio. She did not prep or clean/cut my cuticle. And I am Not a nail tech but are this bumps normal? It was so fast it felt that she missed steps and care for the price.

I have tried this place multiple times and try to give them the benefit of the doubt because it's very easy to get in now I know why. This is the result of $260 for myself and my daughter who just got shellac on her nails and hers came off the third day no pictures provided. Also received pedicures which still look good. I did the dip with the chrome and 10 days later this is what they look like. I will never go back again. I know so many people that do go there and want to go there but I will continue to tell them not to go because it's a waste of money. I don't know if their product is bad or what but I have noticed that each time I do give them a chance the worst the customer service is. My fave place to get my hands & toes done! I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years! Today I came for the first time in almost a year- with my 9 month old and every one was so kind & accommodating! It meant the world to me! Love their service!

Went here with a friend as she was treating me to a bday pedicure, was super excited as it been a couple months since I been to get one. The nail tech was absolutely rude and handles my feet horrible. I get bad ingrowns and she dug them out causing me horrible amounts of pain was rude when I would Pull my feet away and tell her she was hurting me. Only to tell me that my ingrowns were bad and it’s been a while since I got a pedicure. The sweet lady next to me asked If I was okay cause she could see the pain I was in and said that wasn’t right, which I agree if someone is telling you that your hurting them don’t say you know and continues digging, pulling and clipping at their ingrowns. I’m starting to get an infection and they definitely didn’t seem like They cleaned or sanitised the way t
