Extremely disappointing experience due to poor management and rude staff. I recently moved to the area and booked a manicure at this salon after a pedicure visit. The staff member wrote my name, phone number, and appointment time by hand in their reservation book, and we clearly confirmed 12/28 at 12:30 PM. It had snowed heavily two days before, and by the day of my appointment the sidewalks were still not cleared. What should have been a short walk took over 30 minutes through snow. I arrived on time at 12:27 PM, only to find that the employee who booked my appointment was not there. Another staff member called her and then told me she didn’t come in because her child was sick. I came in for a pedicure and was quoted 60-70 (circa) and asked how much extra for a manicure it was 80 in total so I said yes. She ran my card for $130 without my permission so I got the manicure I didn’t need except it wasn’t a manicure - see the picture. The Photo show the nails after one week. The cuticles were not done at all. I think this requires a refund. The pedicure is also peeling off after one week. Update here from contacting Ken - he says everything looks fine with the service. You can pay $127 to have nails like this. Decide for yourself.

I scheduled an appointment via phone call with this salon for me and my sister. I was looking specifically for Russian manicure and the person on the phone reassured me that they do it (even though they did not have it on their website - first red flag) and we got the appointment for Friday morning the 25 of Oct. when we arrived for our appointment, we were told that people that do Russian manicure were not working today but we can get regular gel manicure done if we want to, like what? How do you schedule an appointment for specific service without acknowledging the schedule of the people providing the service? Unfortunately we did not have a ton of time to shop around more and stayed for cheaper manicure. And the way they do it is definitely outdated, they just layer the gel polish and d
