I’ve been seeing Erin for over three years now, and I can honestly say I’ll never go to another nail tech! She’s an absolute artist—her attention to detail and creativity are next level. No matter what design or idea I bring in, she always makes it even better than I imagined. On top of that, she’s super fun to chat with, which makes every appointment a great experience. If you want flawless nails and someone who truly cares about their work, Erin is the best!

today was first time coming to sodo nails & lashes bar. after searching on google for hrs looking for a great nail spa, i decided to give this place a try. kimmie is very great, she did my classic gel polish mani pedi with two designs on nails and i'm in love with them! the place is super clean and has such a friendly atmosphere. you can tell the techs really care about the quality of their work and making sure you have a good experience. i felt so pampered and relaxed the whole time i was there. definitely found my new fave spot for getting my manipedis and lashes done! 100% recommend checking them out if you're in the area! 💅💖

I had THE WORST EXPERIENCE at SoDo Nail and Lash and will absolutely NOT be returning. I’ve purposefully waited to write this review in hopes that the owner or manager, RICKY, would reach out to address what happened, but unsurprisingly, no one did. My issue centers around a tech named NATHAN, and how RICKY handled the situation. From the moment Nathan approached me, his ATTITUDE was TERRIBLE. I asked for warmer water, and he responded with sarcasm. Then, while pushing back my cuticles, he hurt my foot. I calmly let him know it was okay and explained that my foot is sensitive—but instead of showing any concern or professionalism, he abruptly asked, “Do you want someone else to do your pedicure?” That response alone was completely UNNECESSARY and DISMISSIVE. I’m on vacation and needed a pedicure really bad. I came here with my husband and my 3m baby. They seated up down fairly quickly and got to it. We did the volcano pedicure we had dawn and maya do our pedicures. We enjoyed our pedicures and got to relax. I did UV gel on my toes I picked 815 & 777 we spent 134$ plus 15$ tip each person so in total 164$ . The place does seem very fast paced and busy but overall nice. I’m giving. 3 stars because I wish the pedicure was more enjoyable to wind down to it was kind of fast paced especially my husbands. And I told the lady I wanted square toe and round on the rest and she had to go back and fix everything which could have been avoided . I didn’t want to review until my nails grew out to know how I truly felt. We did liquid gel. Nail tech left a lot of side build up initially and I asked if she could try to remove it and kinda shape my nails better as I’m not the best at shaping. Her response was you and me both. The grow out and build up on the side shows and you can see where my nail beds were are bruised underneath. I still had to get my nail file and constantly keep up with making my nails look decent for the last couple of weeks. She did a great job of keeping them “thin” since I had excess gel from previous tech. She kept slipping off my nail with the buffer drill. There’s also no music playing, they play a soap on the tvs which isn’t my preference to hear. Point system also needs work. They lied to me that my first
