Soft Arch- Eyebrows Threading & Eyelash Extension

This location is extremely hit or miss with service and kindness of the workers - i cant speak on their other services, just the waxing/threading. And I really hate to be that person, I really tried to like this place. They're all nice before u sit in the chair - my first time going was a great experience, the lady being understanding of the thick stubborn facial hairs on my face. But ive only seen her twice, theres another nice lady, super short, thin, older than the rest. But the rest of the workers arent very understanding - one accused me of shaving, another asked if id ever considered laser hair removal while she halfassed the threading, another outright refused to wax even though its my money im spending. Came here on a Sunday afternoon for threading. The lady who threaded my eyebrows was sweet and did a wonderful job, really taking her time and ensuring she did good work. It’s a nice environment, clean and well decorated. Would definitely recommend this place.

Disappointed in eyebrow threading service. It was tough trying to find a location that focuses on threading versus waxing, so I was very excited to stumble into this location. I came in and receptionist wasn’t welcoming. She was not professional and on her phone. As a new client, I wasn’t sure what to do. She eventually put her phone down and told me to sign in. I was told to sit on a client chair very quickly. The technician took her time with me. It was one of the slowest appointments I’ve had with threading. I mentioned a correction and tech told me I don’t want that. It was very uncomfortable so I just said alright. I left very irritated in my skin above eyebrow (marked in photo) even though I was given aloe vera for calming after asking for it. I started breaking out but figured it’ll

Been a couple of times prior to reviewing. Told the tech clearly before starting I was trying to grow brows out and just wanted a clean up. Ended up with my left brow a half inch shorter than my right brow (albeit not even cleanly with one hair left on the end). The techs response to when I saw at the end was “well there weren’t many hairs there anyway.” At no point in process did the tech stop to say anything, ask, or check on progress - but had no problem leaving me with one brow significantly shorter than the other and not even offering an apology. Would not recommend - will be going back to Lash Lounge in Rogers.

The service here has declined rapidly over the years. From Pretti giving low energy when entering the building to her making excuses as to why you should come back another time (repetitively), I’ve exhausted my time of being a customer here. I would not recommend this place! The other worker takes offense to customers wanting to stick to the esthetician that they know. The environment was honestly much better years ago, and I don’t care to find out what’s changed. Please take your coins elsewhere!
