I had such a wonderful experience at Soft Beauty Salon. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about the health of your hair. That level of attention and expertise is something I hadn’t been able to find in Ohio, so it really stood out to me. I visited around July and absolutely loved the experience. From the consultation to the final result, I felt heard, cared for, and confident in their hands. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to return because I had a setback with relocating from Ohio, but I fully intend to go back as soon as I’m settled in the city. I definitely recommend Soft Beauty Salon to anyone looking for skilled professionals who genuinely prioritize healthy, beautiful hair!

Excellent service, the quality, comfort, and education provided to my daughter about her hair and how to maintain it was so clear and concise. I highly recommend this salon for next self care day. Her hair looks so healthy and amazing leaving this salon, I will be back to do my own hair!

I have been to soft 2 times and each time was blown away by how relaxing the experience was. The owner is gentle with my natural hair (which is very important to me) and the supporting staff (her husband) is also very kind. The decor is very nice. They make getting my hair done feel like a spa experience which is completely different than the experience I had in hair salons growing up (stressful). And my hair received tons of compliments.

I'm sooo delighted with my hair! It feels amazing! Paris is professional and knowledgeable. She definitely knows hair! The experience was great. The atmosphere of the salon is such a relaxing vibe. I am happy to have found this salon and look forward to continuing business with them!
