I saw the Soft Loft Spa on Instagram and I was excited to visit them as they were advertised as a black owned woman owned business. I visited this business mid August 2022. I sent a text message to the number listed as requested to make an appointment. 30 minutes later a representative told me to just walk in. I sent them another text message to inquire if they accepted cards. No reply. Upon walking into the salon, you immediately notice the décor which was beautiful. There were only 3 people doing customers nails. The owner informed us it would be an hour wait. I walked around the neighborhood to waste some time. Stopped in town to do my refill and I walked into this Beautiful clean atmosphere. Very impressed with the nail tech she was very welcoming and attentive and she listened to my life worries. Wonderful experience and my red nails are FIRE!!

My experience was great. Ive never wore fake lashes before but I wanted to visit this place and give my review. This place gets an A-. Lash tech was about 25mins late after my appointment slo time. The place was very cleaned and organize definitely wore they masks the whole visit that i was on site. The lash tech, can't remember her name but even though she was late, she was pleasant, respectful and took her time to make sure I get what i want and like it. I wanted nothing too ghetto or long thick or etc.. I think i got the classic but natural look.. Literally it look like mine own lol.. Definitely worth the amount/service.

Today I went to Softloft Spa and my experience has been amazing! The young lady doing my nails and lashes, Liana, is a gem. She is gentle, pays attention to detail, and is a great conversationalist. The ambiance is lovely as well. Definitely returning!

kind of expensive but you know, inflation. the salon was overall cute, i liked the decorations. She had a $10 off google review but the scan code didn’t work.
