Cut my hair with Terry on February 23. This is the worst haircut I've gotten in years. Terry ignored what I had wanted and ignored my natural hair texture. He cut my hair much shorter than I had asked him to, and did not thin the insides but instead layered the bottom excessively. I have natural wavy (~2B curls) hair, and he ignored that and gave me a haircut that would have only looked decent if I straightened my hair. Of course he straightened my hair without asking me if that's what I wanted. Terry is not a hairstylist who cares about what his clients want. It seems like he's only able to cut a specific style that's meant for east asian type of straight hair. (I'm east asian ethnically but my hair is curly.) Mikki cut my hair the way I wanted and I didn’t even need to explain too much; he already knew just from my basic description. I've never seen the technique Mikki used to cut my hair before. The way he used the scissors is very professional and unique. That’s why I went back again for second time. I really appreciate the haircut. Highly recommended!

I was really nervous at first, but I had an amazing experience, thanks to Emma. I had full hair color + hair cut. Before my appointment, she personally texted me to ensure that she can plan ahead to offer the best during the time of my appointment (what styling, color, length, etc.) She is very, very, and I mean VERY meticulous to the point that she does not miss anything. She is also very soft with her touch and cares about the health of your hair and scalp. She was able to exactly pinpoint out what hair color I wanted with consideration of my natural hair color too! I was there for a light trimming with Jay Lim (just the tips) He cut me 4 inches and didn’t even let it straight! I wrote to them on instagram to see if they could arrange it and they ignored me and blocked me… just one of my worst experiences! Girl: DO NOT GO THERE!!! I do not recommend it!!!
