This is the best African Hair Braiding Spot , I have bringing my daughter here since she was 10 yrs old and her father used to come and get his hair braided here as well . The braiders here are the BEST in the Bronx . Come find out !

I Been going to the this shop for five years , they treated me disrespectful . They will no longer do my daughter or my hair anymore. I ask for boho braids and when she was adding the curly hair I explain to her that I want the curl hair at the ends. When you get the boho hair from the packages the top is straight and the bottom is curly. You’re supposed to use the top to braid, and leave the rest out. But, instead she used the bottom, the curly hair to braid it in, which made my boho braids look stringy and straight at the end. All of my Back was straight at the ends . I had to go home and fix it. I explain to the owner and she took her side . A customer gave me blond hair as gift and the braider try to take it and say only use a little bit and I’m keep for my other customer . I told her

Paid $40 for 4 cornrows!!!! (wanted my natural hair in cornrows so no additional hair was added) The braider had the nerve to say it’s $40 no matter how many cornrows i wanted. I definitely should’ve asked for the cost before allowing her to do my hair….never going back there again.

Came in as a walk in and they took care of me very well. I’m usually tender headed but the girl I had was very gentle with my edges.

I don't recommend this place I will not be going back there to get my hair braided ever again it was a waste of my time and money
