Absolutely one of the best experiences I've ever had. I really love sensory experiences... Like massages, float pods, the Lucia light at Drift, etc. But this was probably the best thing I've ever done. The whole time I was just overwhelmed with good feelings 😂 The way the hot water feels on your head, and it sounds like it's raining the whole time. The soft weighted blanket is such a nice touch. The smells are so lovely. The massage chair was amazing 🤩 be sure to slip your arms in the little pockets so you can get your arms massaged as well. You get a mask and steam session for your hair and I swear it felt like she shampooed my hair 5 different times lol...The lady was just so gentle and caring. My first head spa experience and it was simply luxurious!! They have a calm waiting room, and they brought me some warm apple cider while I waited. Riley was incredible, she was so thoughtful and kind and checked in with me several times to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. She did a great job on my treatment too, my hair has never felt so soft and my scalp feels amazing. The treatment was incredible! I am sensitive to perfumes and scents, and I was a little bit nervous about the products, but everything was light and relaxing. In addition to caring for my hair and scalp, the neck and shoulder massage was lovely too. Note for my plus size folks - the bed was a massage chair, which was nice, but I had to really squeeze into it and had a little trouble climbing in. (I am a 2xl 18/20 s

I booked the Royal Coil service at Solace Flow Head Spa for my birthday, and it was an amazing experience. The space was calm, clean, and truly relaxing. Katie was wonderful. She was gentle, professional, and very knowledgeable about textured hair and scalp care. The scalp cleansing, steam, and hydration left my scalp feeling refreshed and my locs looking shiny, soft, and healthy. This felt like more than a hair service. It was a full reset for my mind and body. I highly recommend booking with Katie if you want real scalp care and relaxation. I will definitely be back.

I had my first appointment today and it was awesome, Riley was my technician and she was absolutely fantastic. She was super thorough and knowledgeable when she explained how to care for my hair and what to do/not to do! She also did such an amazing job in general during my session, she listened to what I needed/wanted and was super accommodating, plus she had such an awesome personality! Will definitely be returning again to use Riley’s services 😊

Had the absolute most relaxing time here. My hair/scalp needs were taken into heavy consideration and the whole experience was so calming the second I stepped in the door. Katie did a wonderful job at making my scalp feel amazing. Definitely something I’ll be doing to treat myself again!
