Sent my wife to get her hair done, stylist (Mary) first complained about the color she chose and the length of her hair "black is so messy" "your hair is very thick and hard to curl" "I have a perm at 2..." Then used WINDEX to get the dye off of her face. Constantly complained about what she was paid to do to the point my wife didn't even finish up her spa day with what she originally wanted and only had her trim her hair when she was wanting to go back to shoulder length for the summer. She gets a full blown spa day once a year and has hundreds to blow on spoiling herself and the way she was treated here was UNACCEPTABLE and INEXCUSABLE. Will NEVER send her back there again.
Karmen has been my hairdresser for almost 5 years now. She is amazing. She's great with color and can do just about anything you need done.
