Solar Nails K

First time visiting the salon today. A did my toes. She takes her time to get the job completed correctly. Except that paint was coming off not even two days after leaving the salon. Kim did my finger nails, and it ughhh I hate being mean to people, but I just feel that this job was rushed and very inattentive. She had two customers waiting behind me and did not completely file the nails or clean up the debris left under the nail, so I've been picking at them all day. She seemed to have an attitude if I told her I did not like something. I went in wanting oval white tip nails and this is what I got... I was really hoping this would be a good salon, but I'd save your money and spend it elsewhere if you're in a market for acrylic nails. It was $90 for basic pedicure and THESE nails 😭 UPDATE-

This nail salon is so clean, smells wonderful, has beautiful music, and it is just aesthetically pleasing/beautiful. It truly is a beautiful nail spa. Not only that, but the level of positivity in the air-the vibe is wonderful. Kim did my nails today-and she did them exactly how I like them. She did round and short (I wear contacts and have a toddler so short is my style), and even added some festive designs to my ring fingers for the Halloween season. Tammy did an excellent job as well with a great foot and calf massage during my pedicure. She didn’t rush even though it was a classic pedicure-it was nice and long. I REALLY enjoyed this service and these ladies with their friendly vibes. It was so relaxing that I felt sleepy at the end! You must try this place out! I will be back!

I went last week to get my nails done, Kim (the owner) did my full set. She charged me $50.00 for this short nails, but the previous month she charged me $40 for a longer set? She doesn’t have a set price she charges like she feels and wants to. She saw my reaction when she told me $50.00, I didn’t say anything I just knew that it was my last time there.. so she gave me a $10 off coupon for “next” time and it says that the minimum is $60. So does that mean that my next set will be $60?? minus the $10. She does a good job but I’m not taking my business to a place that takes advantage of the customers and doesn’t value you.

I have been a client here for a few years now and Kim and her staff are great. An was my pedi gal from a previous salon I use to go to and she happened to move and started at Solar nails since it is closer to her house. I was excited when I saw An at Solar nails. I have ingrown nails and An is careful and does a great job on my pedicures. The prices are reasonable as well for the services.

Great service!! Nails last for ever!! I’ve been coming here for 14 yrs. You will not be disappointed. The eyelashes last a long time as well. She’s the expert on ingrown toe nails!! She will get those suckers out!! Lol
