So I went there today and I asked for cheetah print nails and they gave me the whole wrong thing. That’s why today I’m giving one star because they were hurting my nails a lot too. They cut it on my cuticles when they were following it. They were like moving my nails and it hurt really bad my pants is chipping, and I only did my nails an hour ago and if you juggle there do not do such a complicated nail design which mine was not that complicated but they messed up really bad

Been here a few times within the last 2 months. They over charged me a couple times but I didn’t complain. Today I went in for $20 fill in which states on their window before entering. The man doing my fill in tried to charge me $45 dollars for a regular fill in that only included a regular polish and no design, he said for cut down which I never requested also he is rough while filing and digging his nail into mine before he even starts filing, this is not the first time of this issue, there was another time I had to request someone else. Today, he did not do well on my nails not even the color. He did not complete my nails and refused to refund me my money and I had to go down to Michelle’s Nails and they fixed them for me.
