I had the most amazing experience at Solara Spa! Malia is the best! My Hydrafacial left my skin instantly glowing, smooth, and so refreshed — the perfect deep clean without any irritation. She also did micro-needling on me for my next visit, and the treatment was incredibly professional and comfortable. My skin already looks tighter, brighter, and more even. Up front, I was greeted warmly by Shana, and the entire team made me feel relaxed, cared for, and confident in the process. I cannot say enough amazing things about Solara Health and Beauty. I booked a same-day appointment, and due to a scheduling glitch, the system allowed me to book during a time they were actually closed for a staff event. When I arrived, the studio was packed with people and cameras, and I later found out they had tried calling me several times and even sent an email to reschedule — but my phone was on Do Not Disturb while I was at work, so I never saw any of it. Instead of turning me away or asking me to reschedule, they graciously welcomed me in and made it work anyway. That level of professionalism and kindness alone would have made me a repeat customer. Jacquelyn is amazing! From the moment I walked into the salon, I felt a warm greeting from the front desk and very comfortable. The space itself is very well decorated and I was amazed with the products that they carry. I was worried that the place was so nice. It was going to be expensive but their prices for Botox and filler are very competitive and I appreciate that. I was given a lot of information which I like when doing procedures like this.
