I been a client here since the previous owners . Today is not so much about unpleasant but I’m very unhappy with the service I got I don’t like my nail at all . I felt like when I said something about them the girl kind got upset . She wasn’t rude or anything like that but I could sense the way she would tell me when I looked at the nail and she would go like I will fix it . But honestly very unhappy with the result . She also made me bleed from my cuticle are in a couple of fingers . I specifically ask for Tiffany or her sister but they sat me down with Someone else.

The attention to detail, creativity, and quality of their work is unmatched. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! My nails always come out looking fabulous and I leave feeling pampered and refreshed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier nail care!

1. Staff are very rude, disrespectful, extremely sassy, not to mention the owner Tiffany is so rude. 2. I asked them to fix my nails politely and they got offended, they tried making it seem like it was my fault when they are the workers, I am just the client! 3. They tried making me apologize when I was being polite and they were coming at me and insisting it was all my fault. 4. They do nail service here very poorly. I left with the color I didn’t want, my nails are crooked, the nail size was not what I asked for, and my nails look like they’re lifting and feel like it too. 5. I do not recommend this place at all, 0/10. 0 stars too. Years ago there were old owners, the old owners were super kind and would fix your nails for free if you did not like them. But these new owners are extreme

I have been coming to Tiffany since she was a beginner at Professional Nails. I would go to Professional Nails before Jason was the owner. Been a loyal customer since about 9 years now. She’s become a great nail tech. Her husband Jason as well. She’s also affordable.
