I took my daughter here for a haircut and she had a great experience. Crystal asked how much she wanted cut off and then made sure my daughter could see how much was going to be cut off to make sure that was correct. And it sounds like such a simple thing but my daughter has had experiences where she's say "I would like it cut just below my shoulders" and end up with something closer to a "bob." Crystal was also very pleasant and friendly to talk with. Never felt like she was trying to 'push' my daughter towards a specific style. Like "you should really do this, it will look amazing on you!" Rather Crystal did make a few small suggestions and then clarified that it wouldn't affect my daughter's ability to have her hair in a pony tail.
