This is my firsttime come here，and i find the hairlist Yoojin，she is very nice and her skill is perfect！I had a great haircut experience here. The stylist was very patient and took time to listen to what I wanted. She understood my request perfectly and delivered exactly what I was looking for. The layers look natural, the length was well maintained, and it’s very easy to style. I’m really happy with the result and will definitely come back.💖😊

I was so shock Henry manage to get the exact Pinterest color I wanted for my hair. They have such cool gadgets in this hair salon, a heating device that turns round and round to open up your cuticles. Absolutely lovely, they really do care about you here, for my hair I requested a Milk Tea and they helped me achieve and toon their time even if I stayed a little later after closing. They give you refreshments as well and tell you exactly everything with your hair. Henry is great and went above and beyond for my hair! Here is the before and after:

I got a hippie twist perm by Siwoo and it turned out amazing!! My hair is flat and straight and now I have volume and curls! Siwoo took great care of me, provided snacks and beverages which made the appointment comfortable, gave the best head massage, and went over after care. Thank you so much Sono Felice by Christine and Siwoo!

UPDATE: This has nothing to do with the salon or the stylist, because I had a lovely experience, but I super regret this perm. I came in wanting a digital perm for big, wavy curls and they wouldn’t do it due to my color treated hair. Fair enough, I should have walked out and cut my loses. Instead I was convinced to do a cold perm, which I absolutely shouldn’t have done. My hair is not even curly, some pieces turned out totally straight when dried and the damage sustained is severe. My hair is FRIED and so frizzy in spots and still very straight - just now totally damaged. I am a little devastated. I feel I’ve made a huge $450 mistake, but honestly they informed me that there was a chance the curls would fall out a week later, so I can’t really fault them but literally these photos are late

I believe I had Tiffany and she was very sweet. I liked my perm but I do have to say, $500 is crazy. I was charged 100 ontop of the perm for a haircut. It was a few snips and that was it. I asked for lots of layers and told the translator that. I showed them my inspo but it wasn’t until I asked them again whether the hairstyle could be achieved, did they tell me it wouldn’t look similar at all due to me having thinner hair. I’m okay with not being able to achieve what I wanted but I wish they told me they wouldn’t be able to achieve the inspo. The workers were all very sweet however. I’m still confused with the pricing. $100 for a few snips is outrageous. I’m happy with the hair but I can’t say its worth it. Can’t say for sure whether I will be back because of that pricing of the haircut.
