Sophia nails and spa

Been going to Sophia going on 6 years now. She’s amazing!!!

My first time here was yesterday, I felt valued and cared for here. I was helped immediately, they listened, I got some custom nails, to match my mans favorite football team. They were so nice and helpful. I love the arm/hand massage at the end!!! They worked as a team, and helped multiple customers at once, (which was so much better than my last salon, who rushed and didn't do it nicely, to get to the next customer) At Sophia Nails and spa, they value each customer. They will do their best to get you what you want, and have fair prices. This will be my salon, from now on...And my boyfriend really loved that I got his favorite team on my nails. (It was last minute, I probably could have made them even better, if I had asked for it, but they created exactly what I asked for. This was good

My mother took me here as a Valentine's gift to get my nails done she also had a pedicure while I'm there. The experience was not necessarily bad as the people who worked there were very sweet, however, my nails did not come out good at all. Regular fingernail polish and gel does not stay on my nails so I either get dip or acrylic, so I had dip nails done in black. None of my nails are the same length as I had tips put on due to my nails being extremely shor. The actual dip coating is very inconsistent it's lumpy and not smooth. If I had a different color other than black, I feel like you would be able to notice this a lot more. I asked for my nails to be in a square shape, but they are so squared that they're very sharp and pointy on the edges. I ask that they be rounded out a little bi

I been here several times EXCELLENT customer service. Very good with pedicures however when it comes to the manicures very very very poor work rushed, clumpy, no massage after like the other customers were getting and I asked for coffin shaped nails and got something else…… Overall VERY messy/sloppy work🙄 I came back for her to fix my nails which she had NO PROBLEM doing so but still sloppy work😔 She has to slow down in order for quality work to be done. I will not be returning for anymore manicures but for a pedi YES!
