I love Sophys she looked at my hair asked questions and told what to do on my at home and she took care of my hair I have gone to her I miss going need to go back it's been so long I've been through a lot and it shows in my hair

The location on Martense is better and the workers are a bit friendlier. I started coming here and kept going only because it was closer to my job. One time I was there, once of the ladies washed my hair so hard with her nails that my scalp was cut up after. After some weeks of continually going there…my scalp became soooo DRY! Dry to the point when I turn my head, my scalp felt tight…like it was going to crack. Then I developed a horrible dandruff. Like I had some kind of fungus. My scalp was crazy itchy and dry. It was horrible. Then my hair began over shedding. Now I’ve always had a lot of shedding but in the few months going there, you could see the difference. 3-4 months hair loss was very visible. Visible to the point I had to cut down all my hair. I got the regular wash, deep condit

Great place. My hair is done to perfection every time. Super Clean environment compare to local competitors. Very Comfortable. Equipment is Clean, sanitized and all works. No broken dryers etc. Service is very efficient. Staff is Not too friendly, maybe due to language barrier but very polite.

I went in for a wash, cut, and style. I showed 3 pictures of what I was looking for. I was looking for like a shoulder length lob cut/short wavy look. I know my hair is thin and we agreed on layers for added volume. She said she was going to put my hair in rollers to help with the volume which I’ve had done before. She took my hair out of the rollers and only wanted to pick them out a little bit. Leaving my hair curled up and I was like no.... and showed her the picture again. She gave me a blow out and it looked so grassy and horrible. I wanted to cry. I paid then went home and immediately washed my hair out to undo what she did and I’m praying I can fix it

Wonderful workers!!!! Sophy and Gladys are top notch and all the other women are also great. They are very helpful and have high knowledge of hair. You should come you will have a wonderful experience just like I did.
