Sorella Spa

Unfortunately, I have to give this establishment a bad review due to the communication. I had a head spa done a week ago with Chelsea. I did like Chelsea because she was personable. However, I did express my sensitivity and a day after the head spa, I noticed bumps on my scalp. I had 4-5 bumps that were itchy & hurt to touch. It turns out I had an allergic reaction to whatever product was used on my scalp during the treatment. I called the next day expressing concern and was told they “have never heard of that before.” I find it hard to believe that I’m the ONLY person with sensitivity and I was upset that the receptionist could not give me any helpful tips. As the days have gone on, my bumps are still painful to touch and are tender, and it is getting worse as I am experiencing an infecti

I just left my appointment with Chelsea. She was absolutely amazing and it was the best experience I've ever had with a spa treatment. I will 1000% be going back! Chelsea was so kind and welcoming which made everything 10x better as this was my first time. 10/10 recommend sorella!

Love this spa! I always always go to Sam and she’s literally the best. She’s done a variety of different massages on me and head spas. She has the best techniques, focuses on my problem areas and is super sweet.

Not what I thought it was, it was basically just getting my hair washed for 80 minutes and letting water run on my head forever. Therapist was very nice, the room was very cold as was the whole building. I wasn't at all impressed. Will not be returning.

Just left from my 80min head spa that I received as a mother’s day gift & it was the best thing EVER!! First as soon as you walk into the spa you are welcomed by a very relaxing and clean waiting area and the staff is so welcoming and polite. Then you go back to your room which is so cute! I had Shelby and she was amazing! I cant say enough good things about her. She talked to me first just to make sure I didn’t have any concerns and told me to tell her at any point if I wanted something different. Im very tender headed and not once did she hurt me. It was BEYOND relaxing I walked out almost feeling in a daze Lol thank you Shelby and Sorella Spa !!
