Zakia is the only person I trust to wax me. I’ve been going to her for a few years & it’s always a great and comfortable experience. She’s very professional & knowledgeable. Also quick & efficient! Phi has been doing my nails since 2017 & she’s the best, I absolutely love her! I show/tell her what I want & I’m never disappointed with the outcome! I always get compliments on my nails!

I haven't been in a while but I'm a regular customer. Zakia is the penultimate professional. Knowledgeable, skilled, supportive, and detailed! She takes the time to make sure I understand everything about the services offered and imparts a calming, positive energy while keeping me completely engaged throughout the appointment. I truly feel like she is my friend and I trust her implicitly. The prices for service are reasonable and competitive so I'm happy to recommend SOS!

Phi is professional and cool, I been going to her for 3 years now and I always get compliments about my nails. I wouldn't wanna go to nobody else for my nails EVER lol 💅🏽 Her nails is good quality. Zakia is cool and professional as well, she was doing my hair for almost 2 years! She makes you feel good about yourself. I highly recommend both women! I have been going to Zakia for over a year, and she is by far my favorite waxer in Syracuse. From the minute you walk through the door, during the appointment, and after checkout, she makes you feel extremely comfortable and safe. The atmosphere of her shop is very peaceful, calming, and empowering. Zakia is very knowledgeable about her practice and gets all those hard to reach spots that other waxers sometimes miss! 10/10 recommend.
