These ladies do good work that lasts, they work fast, and are good about keeping appointments; they even call the day before to confirm your appointment. My first time here I had small Senegalese twists done like the other reviewer mentioned, and yes they do feathered ends on the Senegalese twists rather than finish the entire twist as I expected. In the end, I was pleased with the style so I didn’t complain about it. I recommend showing a picture and asking how the ends will be done in advance so that you’re not disappointed or upset. The one big thing that I think could be improved upon is price transparency. The braids Souke did are decent. I give them about a 6/10. I probably won’t patronize this business anymore. I asked for one thing and showed a picture but I got something different and the price was much higher. I initially was going to get a ponytail that was $160 I changed it to FIVE big braids with FOUR small braids the cost was $100. However when we were done I asked her my total so I could go ahead and cashapp my money since my phone was dying and she said $140 I said why $140 that’s not what I was quoted I then turned around and she had done SIX big braids with FIVE small braids. I called prior to going to ask the price of a specific hairstyle I wanted and she gave me the price. When I got in the chair she up’d the price stating that they charge for the hair which was not what I was told prior. I had to make her redo my hair b/c the hairstyle I wanted required starting off feeding-in my braids rather tryna braid them regularly. However, it still wasn’t properly feed-in. Partial of my hair is uneven when it came to length which I discovered afterwards. Meaning, some braids are down to my waist (as I requested) and some are midway to my back. Someone I worked w/ told me afterwards she has had the same issue, but that was my first/last time going. I only tried them b/c my usual braider was unavailable. I went here on 05/2/2021... I wanted a box braid bob. I got poor quality style. Braids were not the same length, braids were uneven. I was quoted $180, but she charged me $ 200 in the end

I love this place. My braids are always neat and not overly tight. I can pull them up or back by day 2 . Very fast , consistent service. Very friendly, I'm a forever customer.
